- Yes! Registration is free. 


  • Can I create more than 1 account?

- We require only one (1) account linked to an email address


Forgot Password


  • I forgot my password. How to recover? What should I do?

- You can reset your password by doing these steps:

  1. Click forgot password
  2. Enter your email and click submit
  3. Check your email for a password reset
  4. Click on the link to reset your password
  5. Login to the site with your new password

Cannot access account


  • I forgot the email I used, can I still recover my account?

- No, you cannot recover your account without your email. As such, make sure to remember the email that you used in making your account.


  • I cannot log in, it says that my account is not yet activated. 

- Kindly check your inbox for the activation email, If you have activated it before and still encountered this message, send us an email at support@goodinforent.com or message us on Facebook

Changing of Email 


  • Can I change my email?

- No, you cannot change your email once you have registered it at the site. As such, make sure to think carefully about your email before registration to avoid problems in the end. 

Verify My Account


  • How to verify my account?

- You can verify your account by following these steps:

  1. After signing up, you should validate your account by clicking the confirmation link sent to your email. 
  2. Upload a copy of your government ID and proof of residence. 
  3. Your account will then be verified after the Good Info Rent team validate your requirements. 


  • I received an email saying that my requirements do not match my records, what should I do?

- You will need to submit another government ID and proof of residence. 


Listing


  • How to list my products?

- After signing up, you just have to do the following:

  1. Sign in here.
  2. On the right corner above the page, you can find the 'Start Listing' button. Click it.
  3. Next, follow the steps and supply the required details, such as photo, description, and price.
  4. Thereafter, click list. 


  • How to accept rental requests?

- To accept rental requests, you just have to do the following:

  1. Sign in here
  2. Go to 'Profile'
  3. Click 'Listings'
  4. Scroll down to 'Rental Requests Manager'
  5. Review rental requests
  6. Thereafter, click 'Accept' on the request


  • Where can I check for my item bookings? 

- To check the reservations for your items, you just have to do the following

  1. Sign in here
  2. Go to 'Profile'
  3. Click 'Transaction Manager'
  4. Review 'Accepted' tab

Renting


  • How to rent items?

- To rent an item, you just have to do the following:

  1. Sign in here.
  2. Go to 'Rent an item now'
  3. Search for the item that you want to rent.
  4. Review different items.
  5. Click the desired item
  6. Supply the dates when you want the item.
  7. Then, click 'Proceed to Book'
  8. Type the details needed.
  9. Thereafter, click 'Book' and wait for the lister to approve your rental request. 

Security Deposit Feature

  • Do you have rental insurance?

- Unfortunately, rental insurance is not yet available. 

Unsubscribe from Emails


  • How to unsubscribe from emails?

- You can unsubscribe from all Good Info Rent email by doing the following:

  1. Go to your email
  2. Click any email from Good Info Rent
  3. Check below the message
  4. Click the unsubscribe link included. 

Dispute


  • What is a support ticket?

- A support ticket is a ticket generated when you file for a dispute.


  • I am a renter, can I file for a dispute?

- In case the item you receive is in poor condition, you can dispute it.


  • I am an owner, can I file for a dispute?

- If your item is damaged upon return, you are entitled to a dispute.


  • What is the process for filing a dispute?

- The dispute process is as simple as this:

  1. Ensure you receive the correct item in good condition.
  2. Click the item received button.
  3. Answer 'No' to the prompt:
    • For renters - “Did you receive the item in good condition?”
    • For owners - “Are you sure you received the item back in good condition?”
  4. Ticket will be generated automatically


  • Can I file a dispute whenever I want?

- The dispute must be filed within 5 days of receiving the item.


  • How to resolve a support ticket?

Here are the steps to solve a dispute:

  1. Reply to Admin's Notice of Support Ticket within five (5) days.
  2. Coordinate the settlement agreement with the Owner or Renter.
  3. Notify GIR Admin of the settlement agreement.
  4. GIR Admin to adjust and credit fees to your account accordingly.
  5. Your account will reflect any adjusted fees once the transaction is complete.

Note: In the event that Respondent fails to reply to Notice of Support Ticket within five (5) days, the total amount is credited to the Owner's account.


  • I did not file a dispute but I received a support ticket, what should I do?

- if you did not file a dispute but received a support ticket, kindly contact us at support@goodinforent.com or message us on Facebook.

Withdrawal


  • How to withdraw my earnings?

- To withdraw your earnings, you just have to do the following:

  1. Log in here.
  2. Go to your Dashboard.
  3. Click "Withdraw"
  4. Add your PayPal account.
  5. Request for withdrawal.
  6. Wait for GIR Admin’s approval.
  7. Wait for PayPal to credit your account with the amount you requested.

Referral


  • How to refer someone?

- Refer a friend to Good Info Rent by completing the following steps:

  1. Log in here
  2. Go to your Dashboard.
  3. Click "Personal Information"
  4. Copy the link provided.
  5. Post it to your social media accounts
  6. Ask your family and friends to sign-up at Good Info Rent through that link.

  • How much can I get from referrals?

- You will earn a 2% commission for every transaction.


  • How long will I be able to receive commissions?

- Referral fees are only applicable on transactions on the first 30 days of registration.


  • My referral link is not working, what should I do?

- If your referral link is not working, send us an email at support@goodinforent.com or message us on Facebook.


  • How can I track my referrals?

- You can track your referrals by following these steps:

  1. Log in here.
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Click "Track My Referrals"
